18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at MENS.TITIS.org were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Exemption / custodian notice

Some material available on MENS.TITIS.org is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because it does not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256 (2) (A)–(D); is non-sexual artistic or documentary nude photography; or is otherwise exempt.

For content that is subject to § 2257, the original records required are kept by the Custodian of Records for the producer/uploader of each work. Where MENS.TITIS.org is only a hosting or linking platform for third-party uploads, primary record-keeping obligations remain with the content producer who uploaded or provided the material.
